Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. Server environments add VM-level backup licensing; onsite NAS and Wasabi cloud storage billed separately.

NordPass deployed to every user — admin-managed and auditable.

Monitoring

24/7 infrastructure monitoring with tuned alerting. You hear about problems from us, not from your staff.

Helpdesk

Business-hours support via ticketing portal. Included in the monthly fee — no per-incident billing.
