Managed IT Services

We take ownership.
Not just tickets.

Our managed IT service is designed to offload responsibility — not just task execution. There is a meaningful difference.

What ownership means

The difference between support and management.

A support arrangement means you call when something is broken. You are still responsible for the overall health of your technology.

A managed IT arrangement means we own the outcome. We are responsible for keeping your systems healthy, secure, patched, and recoverable — not just for responding when they are not.

That shift in responsibility is what makes flat-rate pricing possible. When we control the environment, we can predict its behavior. When we can predict its behavior, we can price it reliably.

Our commitments

  • Proactive monitoring — we know about problems before your staff does
  • Defined patch cadence — every device, every month
  • Backup verification — tested restores, not assumed restores
  • Security enforcement — controls on by default, not optional
  • Business-hours helpdesk — included in the monthly fee
  • Transparent scope — you always know what is covered
In scope

What we manage.

  • User identity and access — Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • Endpoint management — Windows devices via Intune MDM
  • Server infrastructure — Hyper-V VMs on Dell/HP hardware
  • Network and firewall — FortiGate UTM, FortiSwitch, Ubiquiti wireless
  • Backup and recovery — Veeam with onsite NAS and Wasabi S3 offsite
  • Security baseline — Huntress EDR, Defender for Business, MFA
  • Patch management — endpoints, servers, and network devices
  • Microsoft 365 administration — licensing, mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive
  • Helpdesk support — business hours, included in monthly fee
  • Password management — Bitwarden for Teams
Out of scope

What we do not do.

Work outside scope is quoted as a fixed-fee project before we start.

  • Ad-hoc break/fix support
  • New system deployments or migrations (scoped separately)
  • Unsupported or end-of-life platforms
  • Unmanaged personal devices
  • Custom software development
  • Third-party vendor management beyond our stack
